Custom made to order, allow four to five weeks for delivery. You can place your order online using the decoration options below to give us all your design details. Before we enter your order we will send you a mock-up for your approval. When you place your order your credit card will not be charged, it will only be authorized to make sure it is valid. We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your design mock-up. You can also place your order on the phone if you prefer.

This custom sublimated football jersey includes:
- 100% polyester 150 denier weight Durastar pro game mesh body, two-ply Dazzle shoulders/sleeves. Other fabrics available.
- Spandex sewn-in side inserts
- Your choice of Quarter-Sleeve, Mid-Sleeve or Cap-Sleeve
- Self-fabric neck trim
- Coverstitched seams for durability and strength
- Underarm gussets
- Side slits
Other options are available at additional cost such as elastic sleeve ends, knitted neck and sleeve trim, sewn-in diamond or triangle v-neck inserts. Contact us for pricing.
Flat price includes all decoration for numbers, letters, team name, logos, sponsors, any number of colors (Individual player names add $7.00 per jersey). NO SET-UP CHARGES.
You choose the jersey colors in any combination. Your numbers, lettering and team logos are dyed directly into the fabric.
Sizes: Youth S-XL (-$2.00), Adult S-6XL (over XXL adds $4.00/size)

Please read carefully
- If your order includes decorated in-stock items (with your own numbers, names, logos) and/or custom made garments, the minimum order quantity is 12 garments of the same color/decoration specifications.
- Some categories and products may have different minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
- Your order may be cancelled if it does not meet these requirements.
- Before we make your uniform we will send you a mock-up for your approval. Extra charges may apply. Allow four to five weeks for production time since the order is placed and mock-up is approved.
